I placed an order, was advised it would be delivered around 2nd of June. That day cake & went, I assumed the item was held up due to the current climate. On the 4th of June I noticed the money had been returned to my bank so I sent an email, I’m still awaiting a response. I think it’s highly disgusting to have an order cancelled with no communication whatsoever from the supplier. I have tried calling as well however each time I am told I am in a queue of a ridiculous amount of people, for example 66!!! This is not a way to run a business!!After writing this review the money was again taken from the bank account & the item arrived on the 11th of June. I have never had any response to the emails that I sent. A response to this review was sent to me on the 23rd of June!! There’s certainly a lack of communication with this company

Ordered goods on 16th May for my elderly mother with delivery date of 21st May (one item not due till July). I realise deliveries may be later due to the circumstances, however, we are now in June and nothing has been received. I emailed a week ago enquiring as to when we could expect delivery - no reply. I tried to phone, 132nd in queue!!!Not at all happy with this service and furious I am unable to get in touch with anyone and no reply to my email.

I like the way it works call up and then takes not to long will use at a later date

Lots of products available in the catalogue and online. However when purchasing, the price on the picture does not translate on the cart summary! After numerous attempts, I resorted to ordering by phone. The person on the phone was extremely helpful, but had similar problems when placing the order. I therefore ordered different items, which I am pleased with, but not exactly what I had intended to buy.

I’m still waiting for the goods to arrive in spite of emails sent regarding an update

Certainly eased my pain. I have been using for under two weeks and feel the difference. Excited to know if my pain will stop eventually. Happy with these patches and will continue to use them.


Purchased the memory foam mattress cleaner couldn't believe it sprayed on and stain totally disappeared. Best cleaning product I've ever bought.

Excellent product promptly and safely delivered

It simply does not work.Although, I was disappointed the product didn't work for me, the company immediately responded with a full refund, which is excellent service and I woulds consider using them again for other products.

Apart from the fact that I still await delivery of items ordered in mid-March (it is now 5th May), which is enough reason for me never to order from you ever again, I am totally at a loss as to understand why you cannot even address me by my correct name! This survey was sent to my email address but refers to me by totally different 1st name and family name!!!!!Sorry, but I have very little faith in Easylife!!!!

It has now taken over 3weeks and still no parcel after emailing and phone calls still no parcel I have had a offer to have my money back but I needed the order So has for a writing a review they no words to say

I placed an order paid for next day delivery,it arrived after 2days this is not acceptable. I was fobbed of with the excuse that next day means after it has been sorted from the office and can take 48 hrs .I have contacted the company with my complaint and all the relevant documents ,I have not received any reply I find this very bad practise for such a big company .

I have not enjoyed my experience with Easylife. I simply wanted to buy a couple of items, but was subjected to a slightly confusing hard sell of a 14 day free trial which has just cost me £18.50, and I was charged double for postage. They knew they had done this as I was sent a link to reclaim £5. Wouldn’t it have been easier just to refund my card £5? I now need to try and unsubscribe from something I didn’t want in the first place. Only tow more words to say - Never Again.
